Items prohibited in the park?
For the safety of individuals and others, please DO NOT bring the following items into the park.
1. Alcoholic beverages
2. Pets are not allowed in the park, but there is a pet storage area at the ticket center
3. Any sports equipment, such as electric balance bikes, wheelbarrow, scooter, roller skates, inline wheels and other means of transportation
4. Dangerous goods such as knife, gun and other weapons, any statutory
What are the opening hours?
Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 09:30-17:00. Holidays (Sat - Sun) 09:00-17:00.

Are there lockers in the park?
Yes, coin lockers are available for rental. Small lockers for NTD$20 hour (within 15 inches); Large lockers for NTD$30/hour (within 30 inches). Service Location: 5/F of Ticket Lobby. *If you lose your password, the locker opening charge is NTD$200.
Are pets allowed in the park?
Pet hospitality facilities are available at the Customer Service Center in the lobby. Guests must leave their pets here before entering the park. Visitors please understand and support our policy. Do not try to bring pets into the park by hiding them in your handbag or backpack!
Are there baby strollers/wheelchairs for rental?
Yes, rentals are available on the right side after entering the park.
Baby Stroller (NTD$150/rental, 15kg limit. You are required to leave identification.)

Is there a nursery room? Is there a place for daddy to change diapers?
There are seven nursery rooms in the park, they are located at: Entry Hall, Fishing Village, Discovery Island, Dolphin Interactive Room, Cetacea Room, Hungry Big Octopus, and the Crystal Castle. All nursery rooms are equipped with facilities such as warm water, baby cribs, tables, and chairs, etc. Visitors can prepare milk and change diapers here.
In addition, baby changing is available in the park for diaper changing.
Is there a shuttle bus service in the park?
Shuttle service is not provided.
